1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
In case of high order volume or product unavailability, dispatch may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email or phone if any significant delay occurs.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and courier service availability:
Local/Within Kerala: 2–5 working days
Rest of India: 4–8 working days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.
From time to time, MyPedika may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
4. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted third-party courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or reference number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel’s progress.
5. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable or contact information is incomplete, the order may be returned to MyPedika.
Re-delivery will require an additional shipping charge.
6. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you can track your order through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting our support team at care@mypedika.com.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing videos as proof.
We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution (replacement, partial refund, or credit) based on the situation.
8. Delivery Restrictions
Some products (especially fresh or perishable items) may have delivery restrictions based on region or climate. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.
9. Force Majeure
MyPedika shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
