At MYPEDIKA, we are committed to providing quality products prepared and packed with care. Due to the nature of food products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once delivered.

1. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product was defective upon delivery.

  • An item was missing from your order.

2. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

3. Refund Process

Once the issue is verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by MYPEDIKA.

  • In some cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been processed or dispatched.

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

5. Limitation of Liability

MYPEDIKA’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We are not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to ingredients

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Product misuse

  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
