Our products are homemade, natural, and crafted with care. Because of their perishable and personal nature, we follow a strict refund and return policy to ensure product integrity and hygiene.
1. Non-Returnable Nature
1.1. All sales are final once delivered.
1.2. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges after product delivery.
2. Exceptions (Applicable Only When):
Returns or refunds will be considered only if:
(a) You received a wrong product.
(b) The item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
(c) The product was expired or missing from the package.
3. Return Process
3.1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing care@mypedika.com with your order number and clear product photos.
3.2. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.
3.3. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
4. Refunds
4.1. Once verified, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4.2. Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where MyPedika is at fault.
4.3. MyPedika’s decision regarding refunds and replacements shall be final and binding.
5. Cancellations
5.1. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
5.2. After dispatch, no cancellations are permitted.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. MyPedika’s liability is limited strictly to the product purchase value.
6.2. We are not responsible for:
Allergic reactions or misuse of products
Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events
Damage after delivery due to improper storage
